Overview
The D115 Circular WPC is a half-round fluted wall panel that turns any flat wall into a softly-rippled sculptural surface. In a Walnut Taupe finish at 2900 × 160 × 15 mm, each panel carries six 20 mm diameter half-round flutes running the full length, with tongue-and-groove edges that align perfectly panel to panel for a continuous wave across the wall.
The WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) construction blends the warmth of natural wood with modern durability — resists moisture, low-maintenance, eco-friendly, and consistent in colour piece to piece.
Why D115
- Six 20 mm half-round flutes per panel. Soft, tactile surface that reads as a continuous wave when panels are joined.
- Tongue-and-groove edges. Flutes align seamlessly between panels — no visible joins in the finished wave.

Installation
- Choose the direction of the flutes (horizontal or vertical) and plan the first panel's position carefully — all subsequent panels will align to it.
- Fix panels with construction adhesive, screws through the tongue, or a timber batten subframe.
- Engage the tongue of each new panel into the groove of the previous one, pushing home until the flutes align across the join.
- Trim the last panel to width with a fine-tooth wood saw.
Care & handling
Store flat and indoors until installation. Inspect each panel for colour variation, grain differences, or shipping damage before installing — once mounted, claims cannot be accepted. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean; do not use aggressive solvents.
