Overview

The Moonstones Design Board - 01 (Dark Gray) is a 3D-textured design board with a sculpted Moonstone pattern in Dark Gray. Manufactured from a durable PVC / PU composite, each panel delivers the tactile, architectural look of hand-finished stone, pattern, or geometric artwork — without the weight, cost, or installation complexity of the real thing.

Panel size: 1200 × 600 × 30 mm.

Installation

1. Sound, flat substrate. Plasterboard, plywood, or a level solid wall works best.
2. Adhesive. Construction adhesive (e.g. "liquid nails") across the back of the panel. Optionally add mechanical fixings in feature panels that will carry hanging items.
3. Butt and align. Pattern-match adjacent panels at the join so the sculpted texture continues cleanly.
4. Finish. Frame with aluminium trim or fill the perimeter joint with colour-matched silicone sealant.

Cut around switches and outlets with a utility knife. A protective film is applied to the face at the factory — leave it on during cutting and fitting, and peel it off last.

Care & handling

Store flat and indoors until installation. Inspect each panel for pattern alignment, colour variation, or shipping damage before installing — once mounted, claims cannot be accepted. After installation, clean with a soft cloth and a mild neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads and aggressive solvents.
