Overview
The CV33 Flex Curve WPC is a flexible wood-plastic composite slat panel designed to wrap curved walls, columns, and rounded architectural features. In a Golden Oak finish with a slim 2900 × 49 × 12.5 mm profile, each piece bends smoothly around gentle and tight radii without cracking or losing its finish.
Use the CV series on its own for full curved runs, or combine it with our flat B-Series, S-Series slat, and R-Series subtle-slat panels for architectural feature walls that turn a corner mid-room.

Installation
- Prepare a continuous curved subframe (plywood or metal furring) matching the target radius.
- Lay out the slats from one edge, keeping a consistent reveal/gap between pieces.
- Fix each slat with construction adhesive (for radii down to ~30 cm) or screws through the back web (for tighter radii).
- Trim at ends with a fine-tooth wood saw.
For very tight radii, warm the slat gently with a heat gun while bending — do not overheat the surface finish.
Care & handling
Store flat and indoors until installation. Inspect each slat for colour variation or shipping damage before mounting — once installed, claims cannot be accepted. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean.
