Overview
The WCA WPC Outdoor Ceiling panel is a weather-grade wood-plastic composite board designed specifically for exterior covered ceilings — verandas, carport soffits, balcony underside, alfresco dining covers, and lift-lobby entrances.
The fluted face is finished with a UV-stabilised cap layer that resists fading, fungal growth, and moisture swelling — safe for outdoor use under covered conditions.

Installation
Fix to a pressure-treated timber or aluminium batten subframe with stainless-steel screws through the interlocking tongue. Space battens at ~600 mm centres. Leave a ventilation gap at the perimeter to allow airflow behind the ceiling. Cut with a fine-tooth wood saw.
Care & handling
Store flat and indoors until installation. Inspect each panel for colour variation, grain differences, or shipping damage before installing — once fixed, claims cannot be accepted. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
