TT1 -THINSTONE

Overview

The TT1 Thinstone is a rigid natural-stone veneer cut thin for wall cladding. Genuine stone — not a print, not a composite — sliced to 15 mm for a lightweight panel that installs with standard tile adhesive while keeping the full depth and honesty of real stone.

Piece size: 2440 × 1220 × 15 mm. Each piece carries unique natural variation in veining, colour, and grain.

Installation

Prepare a sound substrate (cement board, plasterboard with moisture-resistant primer, or plywood in dry interiors). Fix each piece with flexible tile adhesive, buttering the back and pressing firmly. Work from the bottom up in courses so lower pieces support those above during set. Grout the joints with natural stone grout or leave them dry-stacked for a more rustic look.

Cut with a wet tile saw for a clean edge. Seal finished walls with a natural-stone sealer if installed in wet areas.

Care & handling

Store flat and indoors until installation. Natural stone carries unpredictable variation — inspect each piece and lay out the full wall dry before committing adhesive. Once installed, claims for natural colour variation cannot be accepted. Clean with a soft cloth and neutral pH stone cleaner; avoid acidic cleaners, which can etch stone.
