TUV7 - SAND - UV Textured Small Embossed Design

Overview

The TUV7 Textured UV Board combines a UV-printed colour field in Sand with an embossed small embossed texture — a tactile wall board that reads as pattern at a distance and as touchable depth up close. Standard sheet at 2440 × 1220 × 3 mm.

Why TUV7

• UV-printed colour + embossed texture. The colour is printed under a clear UV topcoat; the texture is physically pressed into the board — two layers of visual interest.
• Waterproof & moisture-proof. Safe in humid rooms and wet areas.
• Low-VOC, fire-retardant. Meets interior fire safety requirements.
• Light, rigid, and easy to handle. PVC-core board — stable, dent-resistant, and simple to cut.
• Glue or frame install. Fix with construction adhesive on flat substrates, or frame the perimeter in aluminium trim.

Installation

Fix with construction adhesive to a sound, flat substrate. For large sheet work, frame the perimeter with aluminium trim to protect the edges. Cut with a fine-tooth saw or sharp utility knife. A protective film is applied to the face at the factory — leave it on during cutting and fitting, and peel off last.

Care & handling

Store flat and indoors until installation. Inspect each sheet for colour and texture variation before installing — once mounted, claims cannot be accepted. Wipe with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner; avoid abrasive pads and aggressive solvents.
