Clip Lock WPC - คลิป ล็อค

Overview

The CLIP is a hidden metal clip-lock used to secure WPC wall panels without visible glue lines or face fixings. It slides behind the back-lip of the panel and screws to the wall, locking the panel in place from behind so the front face stays clean.

Recommended for customers who don't want to rely on construction adhesive, for panels installed in high-humidity rooms, and for any job where removable panels are a bonus (for example, over concealed service runs).

Why use CLIP

• Invisible fixing. Hides completely behind the panel — the face of the installed wall shows no screws, no glue beads, no pins.
• Glue-free option. Perfect when you don't want adhesive on the substrate (rentals, retail fit-outs, feature walls that may be removed and repositioned).
• Adds strength. Mechanical hold is more robust than adhesive alone on textured or dusty substrates.
• Serviceable. Panels can be unclipped for access to services behind, then re-clipped with the same hardware.
• Made from metal. Durable steel construction holds torque and resists corrosion in normal interior conditions.

How many do I need?

We recommend 4–5 clips per 290 cm panel — one at the top, one at the bottom, and 2–3 evenly spaced in between. Increase to 5 for panels in high-traffic areas, cantilevered installs, or where the substrate isn't perfectly flat.

Installation

1. Mark the clip positions on the wall along the back-lip line of each panel.
2. Drill a pilot hole at each mark.
3. Screw each CLIP to the wall (a driver is required — this is a screw-in clip, not a push-in clip).
4. Slot the panel's back-lip into the clip and press home until it locks.
5. Work across the wall panel by panel, repeating the clip-then-slot sequence.

Care & handling

Store the clips dry and indoors. Inspect each clip for thread damage before installation. Once panels are installed, concealed damage cannot be claimed.
