C-S133 - WPC CORNER (2525)

Overview

The C-S133 WPC Corner is an L-profile trim designed to finish and protect the cut edges of our S-Series WPC wall cladding. The 25 × 25 mm cross-section sits flush against the 25 mm-thick S-Series slat profile so trim and cladding line up cleanly. Colour-matched to the S133 finish, so a corner, top-cap, or edge return reads as one continuous wall.

Each length is 2900 mm — the same as the S-Series cladding it pairs with.

When do I need a corner piece?

Corner pieces tidy up any place where the cladding ends or turns. You'll want one when you:

• Cap the top of the wall. Cover the top cut edge of the cladding where the panels stop below a ceiling line — one leg of the L sits on top of the panel, the other drops down the face so the cut end is hidden.
• Finish the outside corner of a room. Where two clad walls meet at an external corner, the L-profile wraps the join so no raw end-grain of the cladding is exposed.
• Return at door jambs, window reveals, and openings. Neaten the cut edges where cladding meets a door frame, window frame, or utility cut-out.
• Cap the bottom edge. Hide the cut line at the floor, a skirting transition, or an intermediate horizontal break.
• Split a feature panel from an adjoining surface. Use the trim as a crisp stop between the cladding and paint, tile, or another wall finish.

Without a corner piece, the cut edge of the cladding profile stays exposed and can collect dust, chip over time, and show the join — the corner trim hides all of that and protects the edge from wear.

Why C-S133

• Colour-matched to S133. Same finish as the matching S133 cladding, so the corner blends in rather than contrasting.
• WPC material. Same composite family as the cladding — waterproof, termite-resistant, does not rot or mould, and weathers alongside the wall it trims.
• 25 × 25 mm L-profile. Sized to sit flush on the S-Series (25 mm) cladding profile.
• Full 2900 mm length. Matches the cladding length so a single trim covers the run without a horizontal join.
• Easy to install. Cut to length with a fine-tooth saw or a mitre saw, and fix with construction adhesive or finishing nails.

Installation

1. Measure and cut the trim to length with a fine-tooth saw. Mitre the ends at 45° where two trim lengths meet at an internal or external corner.
2. Dry-fit the piece against the cladding to check the line before gluing.
3. Apply construction adhesive to the inside faces of the L and press into place. Hold or tape until set, or pin with small finishing nails into the substrate.
4. Wipe away any adhesive squeeze-out immediately with a damp cloth — once cured, it's much harder to remove.

Care & handling

Store indoors and flat until installation. Inspect each length for colour variation and shipping damage before fitting — once cut and glued, claims cannot be accepted. Clean with a damp cloth; no special cleaners needed.
