PI15 - WPC PILLAR

Overview

The PI15 WPC Pillar is a pre-formed square column cover — a four-sided hollow pillar wrap in Warm Beige that lets an unfinished structural column read as a finished architectural feature. Slides around RC columns, round steel posts, or timber studs to hide them behind a clean WPC face.

Standard length: 3000 mm. Cross-section: 100 × 100 mm square.

Why PI15

• One-piece four-sided wrap. No mitred joints, no visible seams on the face — just slide over the column.
• Matched to D56 panels. Same Warm Beige finish as our wall boards and skirting — the pillar reads as part of a single design scheme.
• Hollow core. Feeds cleanly over existing columns; internal space routes cables or allows adjustable mounting.
• WPC durability. Moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, and won't rot, split, or warp like painted timber pillar covers.
• Finished surface. No painting — install and it's done.

• Residential entryways, open-plan living rooms, stair-bottom columns
• Hotel lobbies, restaurants, retail shops — making structural columns part of the design
• Pergolas, covered verandas (pair with outdoor P-W corners and W4/W5 slats)
• Office lobbies and meeting-room feature columns

Installation

1. Measure the existing column. Maximum 90 × 90 mm structural column fits inside a 100 × 100 mm cover.
2. Slide the pillar cover over the column from top to bottom.
3. Secure. Fix through the sides into the structural column with finishing screws (pre-drill), or wedge with timber blocking inside the void and glue to the blocking.
4. Cap the top and bottom with colour-matched skirting, M-joint, or aluminium trim.

Cut to length with a mitre saw or fine-tooth wood saw.

Care & handling

Store flat and indoors until installation. Inspect each pillar length for colour variation or shipping damage before installing — once fixed in place, claims cannot be accepted. Wipe down with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner.
