Unopened decorative panels and building materials may be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, less original shipping costs. Products must be in original packaging and resaleable condition.

Cut-to-size, custom-finished, and installed products are non-returnable. Defects caused during shipping are covered — photograph the damage on receipt and contact us via LINE within 48 hours.
